Programmer - Web Application Developer

Technical Support Representatives

Level 1 and 2 Technical Support Representatives are responsible for participating in service development and enhancement projects. Act as a technical support and customer advocate, contributing to the overall quality and usability of product features and applications. Responsibilities include providing Comcation customers with highest quality, friendly and accurate technical information and support in a timely and efficient manner. The primary focus is on one-on-one customer interactions via telephone ensuring that customer questions are answered completely in a caring and responsive manner. Commitments to perform research and follow-up must be completed, cases resolved and closed. Contributions to the knowledge-base by submitting on a regular basis is expected. Provide feedback on software quality to the Product Specialist. May assist senior technical support representatives in detailed, complex troubleshooting and analysis.

Applicants should have intermediate to advanced experience with the Internet and a computer/technical background. Must be knowledgeable with either or both Windows or Macintosh operating systems. Must be mature, friendly and have a pleasant phone manner. Apply
